From the east… Take 215 west to the Eastern Ave. exit. Make a left heading south onto Eastern Ave. Proceed through St. Rose Parkway and turn right on West Horizon Ridge. Our facility is located on the left hand side on the South East corner of W. Horizon Ridge and Coronado Center Drive. After parking, proceed through the front entrance of the building (south side) and COSM is on the second floor, suite #200. From the west… Take 215 east to the Eastern Ave. exit.
