About our Practice

Crovetti Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine (COSM), has been providing Orthopedic care in the Las Vegas valley for more than ten years. Its Founder, Dr. Mike Crovetti is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and treats orthopedic problems in the hip, knee and shoulder. In the hip, Dr. Crovetti specializes in Hip Replacement, Hip Resurfacing and Arthroscopy of the Hip. In the knee, Dr. Crovetti specializes in Knee Replacement, Anterior Cruciate Reconstruction, Knee Arthroscopy and Cartilage and Bone transplantation. In the Shoulder, Dr. Crovetti specializes in Arthroscopic Reconstruction and Shoulder Replacement Surgery. As a surgeon, Dr. Crovetti prides himself in maintaining a very low infection and complication rate, excellent post operative pain control, and the use of cutting edge technologies in the treatment of Hip, Knee and Shoulder problems. As an innovator Dr. Crovetti has and continues to develop new Orthopedic instrumentation and surgical devices. As a result, he has had the opportunity to learn from surgeons all over the world. He, in turn, has dedicated his career to training surgeons from around the world on disorders and new technologies in Hip, Knee and Shoulder surgery.

Dr. Balduini joins us in Las Vegas adding exceptional expertise in disorders and injuries of the knee, shoulder and elbow. He has lectured extensively on arthroscopy and is the recipient of numerous awards including Top Doc in sports medicine for eight years running in Philadelphia, honorary membership in the AOA for his contributions to that organization, and the prestigious Joseph S. Torg award for contributions to sports medicine in the Philadelphia region.

Dr. Quesada has extensive knowledge of minimally invasive hip and knee replacement procedures. Dr. Quesada is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Ricciardi has a special interest in Peripheral Neuropathy and Regenerative Surgical Techniques of the Foot and Ankle. He has performed many successful reconstructive surgeries for complex foot and ankle conditions and continues to learn the latest techniques in foot and ankle surgery. He also has completed advanced training in peripheral nerve surgery and believes in constantly exploring new ideas and concepts that will benefit the patient. Dr. Ricciardi is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Fellow of the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons.
