Many patients ask if after their hip and knee replacement surgery if someone can stay with them at the Coronado surgical recovery suites. We actually encourage this. The reason is education. In the 48 hours you’ll spend with us, one of our goals is to educate you on how to take care of your new hip or your new knee. It is very helpful to have a loved one, friend, or spouse stay with you to assist us in learning about your new hip or knee replacement.
