Elbow Pain

With elbow pain, first thing I’m curious about is what is that athlete or person doing on a regular basis? So, if you do have pain on the inside of your elbow, that’s usually going to be your golfer’s elbow. If the pain is on the outside of the elbow, usually it’s going to be tennis-related, however, even things like repetitive typing and cooking that can be getting your forearms, the flexors or the extensors tight, that can also be giving you that elbow pain.
