Can I bring my home medications?

A lot of patients want to bring their medications from home for their surgery. I think it is important that we have an accurate list of your medications, but we ask that we give the medications at the hospital. The reason for this is that I may have recommend medications that may interact with your home medications. Please allow us to monitor your medications while you’re in the hospital and make recommendations after your surgery.
