Neck Pain

Neck pain, dreaded neck pain. So, it really does come down to what’s causing that pain. So, if you take your head back into extension or take it back this way, that’s usually going to be the joint, and that’s where a chiropractor can, he can give you that spinal manipulation, it resets that joint, you should get that motion back in there and not have that pinch back on the joint. However, if you’re experiencing pain with other ranges of motion or coming forward per say, it may not necessarily be that joint. It could be the muscle, the tendon, a ligament that’s giving you that instability or that decreased range of motion, and then if you take it to the side and you actually end up getting a shooting pain, numbless, tingling coming down into your hands, that’s usually going to be a nerve that’s being impinged.
