Rally Recovery – Post Surgery Day 29

Today as day 29: four weeks and a day since a knee replacement. It’s still sore and it’s still tender, the incisions still tender to touch, and it sure hurts when you get to the end of that bend but those therapists should be pushing you pretty hard. On the days you’re not in therapy, you should be pushing yourself. It’s real important that we get it bent because the more bend you get and the flatter you get the less pain you have and the less need for pain medication. Hopefully you’ve done something great. Maybe you’re back to work, you’re out with friend, and maybe you took those dogs for a nice long walk. Congratulations on four weeks and a day or day 29.
